In the translation sector, we offer translation services in various languages, immigration and study abroad documents, Ph.D. and Master Theses, periodicals, abstracts, technological documents, product manuscripts, audio tapes, CD, DVD and other video/audio related translations. We also provide simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, short-term foreign language secretary dispatch services, as well as equipments and technical personnel rental, which include: control panel and FM transmitter, on-site monitor and control technician, receiver earpiece, battery cells, space partition and other related equipments. We are prepared to offer services that are customized to suit your needs. In the notarization sector, we offer services in processing notarization procedures in Courts, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Translation and authentication association, consulates, and various authentications, certifications, licenses, and free estimations for our clients. All you have to do is e-mail your document to us, our cordial service personnel will swiftly provide you with a detailed quote and case due date. If you are under time constraint, please contact us in advance, and we shall place your document as priority case. In order to protect the rights and privacy of our clients, Hong Yan exercises absolute confidentiality. Documents sent to us via email will only be kept for one week after the completed document has been sent to our clients. Upon which date, the document is deleted automatically. Documents sent to us via CD or other medium would also be destroyed in one week after the case is closed. Any hard copies shall be shredded and disposed of. Documents sent to us for quote, regardless a transaction is made or not, shall be destroyed in like manner. Clients would have no need to worry that their document information may leak out.

"Sales Department" : receive case—make price estimation and determine due date - Client confirms to make translation, signs the invoice and makes deposit - "Translation Department": case sent to translator with related expertise for translation - "Proofread Department": translator completes the preliminary proofreading process - case sent to proofreader for secondary proofreading in order to double check on content, key terms, fluency and rhetoric - "Typesetting Department": case is set in types designated by client - case delivered (Hard Copy, E-mail, CD, etc).
